Beautiful, romantic and truly everything we wished for.
The bed was a little hard for our liking, but really wouldn't complain about it.

Friendly staff , willing to assist ,always polite and smiling made us feel unique.Have to improve their English though , as communication was sometimes difficult. Nice variety of food at breakfast , the restaurant was actually very good.
The sewage odor by the swimming pool was unbearable and spoiled our time lying there. There were absolutely no sea sports and the beach is just moderate. The Nora Villa we stayed at was quite outdated but very spacious.

Where it excels and where it fails
Fine ocean views and a tranquil beach setting enhance the relaxation experience. The spacious villas and good breakfast with a fresh omelet station.
Wi-Fi was annoyingly weak, impacting our connectivity. The lack of variety in pool activities limited our options for fun in the water!

Nice and cosy
Not many activities. Staff English could be better. It's pricey for what's available near by

I did book a villa with ocean view and private pool and beach access. I was with my sister. We did like the idea that we have our private pool and the beach in front of us. It was quit and nice view during the day. However, the resort is a bit far from the city center where you have to walk 20 min or more to actually be in the center.
There were many things I didn't like at the resort, as we were very disappointed. First, the sand over the beach were full of stones and you can't enter the beach without harming your foot. Second, the private pool didn't have a warmer the usual, and it was very cold. Also, we tried to order room service at 4am, however, no one answered, and we had to call the reception, were they explained that they don't have a 24/7 room service and that they open at 6am! What made this worse is that when we slept, we got a call at 6am in the morning from room service waking us up, asking us what we wanted to order !! that was so annoying. The staff at the hotel weren't really friendly at the reception, as I would rate it as average, which surprising that this is a 5 stars hotel. The hotel needs some renovation at some areas as well. Last, our villa is very far and we had to walk a very long day every time we wanted to get out, but the hotel offers a golf car to pick you up if you asked for one.

really good staff but breakfast could improve
The staff provided excellent service, showing genuine warmth and dedication. Our beachfront pool villa offered a amazing sea view. The spa treatments delivered amazing rejuvenation, with skilled therapists.
The breakfast selection lacked variety on several days.

Thank you for a perfect stay. This ideal hotel has extremely helpful staff and plentiful breakfast. The rooms are air conditioned, the bar is nice. This venue offers stunning and unbeatable location just next door to a tropical island in Thailand, Lamai, Mae Nam and Pong Po beaches and a taxi or tuk tuk.

fine sea views, lovely pool, luxurious beach access
The fitness center felt lacking with only one cardio machine!!! Lounge chair management is an issue as people occupy the best spots with their towels for hours!!! Maintenance seemed overdue and the Wi-Fi required daily sign-ins.

I like very much the room we booked the Villa with private pool and the sea view.It was fantastic.
Something I have find not acceptable it was that it did not have internet facilities in the room. They did not have wi-fi. They said that you can use only at the lobby of the hotel the computers they had. They hotel was full of guest only 3 computers and the one was not working. We asked if you can pay to have it in our room and they said you can do that but sometimes it did not work and if it doesn't we can not refund you back. You can imagine when you are coming from so far way and need to made your next booking without internet you are unable to do anything.

The outdoor shower in my spacious ocean view villa was just awesome, and the breakfast spread catered to all tastes. With a lovely pool area and great spa services, I was able to unwind completely after a day of exploring. Just a tiny note, the layout can be a bit hilly, so be prepared for a little exercise when getting around! 🌴

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast choice was excellent, but rooms were more of a 4 star than a 5 star!
The hotel spa was grossly overpriced! charging 1750 Bahts for a body massage that you could easilly get for an average of 500 Bahts elsewhere! You have to rquest the room to be made up regularly so as to achieve new toilet paper when the old one ran out approx 3 times in a week! Maybe hold a spare in the room! Drink prices were excessive

We were happy with the location, not far from Chaweng's center but quiet and relaxing. The standart room was good enough for us, we didn't feel the need to upgrade to the villas. We extended our stay for 3 more days and the hotel staff asked us to rebook on Booked.net because their own rates were a little higher. It rained all week from 22nd to 28th of January so I can't comment much about the beach, though it looked nice:) Nice hotel with a beautiful landscape. No regrets
